This program offers a flexible learning environment designed to meet you where you are on your Yoga journey. Whether you're taking your first steps toward teaching or refining your expertise, this training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to inspire others through authenticity.

The Rundown

I am electrified and can’t wait to work closely with you! This virtual training is more than just a certification program—it’s an experience filled with meaningful connections, blending the care of private yoga training with the energy of a vibrant community.

In this semi-private setting, you’ll have the flexibility to go at your own pace while enjoying a dynamic and uplifting learning environment.

Program Overview:
Both the Foundational Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and Advanced YTT begin on February 27, under the Pisces new moon, and run simultaneously for the first 13 weeks (3 of those weeks including a purposeful blackout or break).

  • Schedule: February 27 –May 29, (Advanced runs through July 3)
  • Weekly Commitment: 5–10 hours of coursework
  • Certification Deadlines:
    • Foundational YTT: Coursework must be completed by August 31, 2024.
    • Advanced YTT: Additional 5 weeks of training run until July 3 , with coursework due by October 31, 2025.

What’s Included:

  • Weekly Pre-Recorded Videos: Progress at your own pace.
  • “Have Me in Your Pocket” Support: Chat with me Tuesdays–Fridays, 9 AM–5 PM ET, via text, phone calls, and email.
  • The Hearth Community: Stay motivated and connected with daily group messages.
  • One-on-One Sessions: Personalized guidance to meet your goals:
    • Foundational YTT: 3 (required) –7 sessions (30–60 minutes each).
    • Advanced YTT: Complete 7 (required) –15 sessions (30–60 minutes each).

Advanced YTT Mentorship:
After the foundational schedule concludes, Advanced YTT participants will embark on an additional 5-week journey of close mentorship. This phase focuses on refining your teaching skills or enhancing your personal practice.

  • What to Expect:
    • A blend of private 1:1 sessions and live-stream group sessions (recordings available).
    • Personalized mentorship to dig deep into your growth as a teacher or practitioner.
    • A unique opportunity to transcend the traditional teacher-student dynamic, fostering meaningful collaboration.

Certification Process:
Once all of your payments are made and the coursework is submitted and reviewed (allow up to 8 weeks for review), you’ll receive your teaching certificate:

  • Philosophy and yogic lifestyle

  • Ethics

  • Sanskrit

  • Anatomic and energetic anatomy

  • Asana alignment and modifications

  • Voice and cueing

  • Sequencing

  • Verbal assists

  • Vinyasa Krama classes

  • Applying teaching methods online and in-person

  • Business & marketing in accordance to yogic philosophy

  • ”Bhagavad Gita” by Barry Moser and Barbara Stoler Miller

  • ”Yoga Sutras” by Vyaas Huston (American Sanskrit Institute)

  • ”Key Poses of Yoga” by Ray Long

Reciprocity of Energy
Foundational Hatha Yoga Training six payments of $666.67, which totals roughly $4,000.   If you need a different payment plan or a discount because of a financial hardship, please reach out to me.
